I may have had great experiences with other brands such as yours, but my experience with Maia does stand apart. During my first order, I remember how the broken earrings (in transit) were immediately accepted back and I was offered a refund or replacement or credit for the same. I was impressed right away because most brands do not offer a refund. I remember emailing in the night about me requiring a refund for the product since the earrings were going to take longer than expected to restock and how you immediately transferred it to me first thing in the morning. Again, impressive and prompt service! I did love those earrings and since they were not in stock then for replacement, you offered all the possible alternatives. Not to mention how I was sent a gratitude gift with my order in the form of a pair of earrings. Who does not love surprises? Well, with Maia, surprises keep coming and I ended up with a broader smile on my face when I received my second order which I placed recently. The bag I ordered was obviously beautiful, well-made and of amazing quality but that is a given when we buy from Maia (I know that very well now). What surprised me and made so so happy was that I yet again received a gratitude gift in the bag and guess what? It were those earrings that I long ago yearned for and had to get a refund for since they were out of stock. I cannot believe that the Maia team put the effort of going through my past record, identifying my previous order and conversations and ensuring that they sent those very earrings as a gift to me this time. Kudos to the team and not because of the free gift but because they put so much thought and effort to make their one customer so happy. I must mention that I also received a call the next day confirming whether I received the order and mentioning how they have sent me my favorite earrings which I had my eye on, months ago. Thank you Maia for the wonderful wonderful shopping experience.
